| CrimsonLogic Scores EUR 20 Million Project Win in Turkey |

| Singapore November 8, 2005 - Singapore -based IT solutions provider, Crimsonlogic, and its Turkish partner, Oyak Technologies, have won a e20 million (approximately S$40 million) project to build one of the world's largest eGovernment gateways for the Turkish government. This win marks the conclusion of a keenly contested open tender which saw the participation of many international firms and Turkish IT companies. The eGovernment Gateway will serve as a one-stop electronic services portal where Turkish citizens and businesses will be able to interact and transact with their government. |

| Serving a population of more than 70 million people, the E-Devlet Kapisi Project ( Turkish for "eGovernment Gateway Project") will provide a single point of access to eGovernment services of over 30 agencies. CrimsonLogic and Oyak Technologies will implement the gateway over a one-year period. Additionally, they will provide training and consultancy to all the agencies. It is envisioned that Turkey's capacity to plan and execute eGovernment initiatives will be greatly strengthened by this project. The project will also catalyze the transformation of Turkey's public administration into one that is more citizen - and business - centric - a transformation that will, among other things, facilitate Turkey's entry into the European Union. |

| For CrimsonLogic, the win is a culmination of an opportunity which began when it travelled as a part of the Singapore Business Federation mission to Turkey in November 2004, and identified this project as one that matched its core competencies. | As the primary architect of this project, CrimsonLogic will deploy a solution that incorporates Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise-Service Buses (ESB), and the European interoperability Framework. The gateway will lay the groundwork for Turkey's participation in future Pan-European eGovernment Services that require interoperability between eGovernment services of European Union nations. It will see the use of best-of-breed open-source and commercial off-the-shelf solutions based on international standards such as J2EE and XML. |
