| There is a need for regular course information for dissemination via fax to various statutory boards within the government. Staff had to print out information of courses from the in-house applications and fax them out to the recipients one by one. |

| Key Results |
| By integrating the Umero Communications Workflow Server to all the existing in-house applications, Ditium was able to provide a platform from which information could be disseminated across to multiple locations at designated time slots. This provided great flexibility in terms prioritising information being sent to various relevant parties. The open standard integration employed also guaranteed ease and compatibility for all future integrations. With automation, faxes can be scheduled to be sent after office hours when the lines are less busy. |
